Over Three Decades of Serving the Community
Human Services Foundation, Inc. (HSF) was started in 1986 as a non-profit group to help people in need with their mental health, developmental needs, and rehabilitation. Over the years, HSF has expanded its programs to include a halfway house and a substance abuse residential rehab facility that provides care and treatment for alcohol and substance abusers and chemically dependent adolescents and adults. Additionally, we offer vocational transition services and developmental diagnosis services for foster children between the ages of sixteen and twenty-one. Today, we are still driven by our desire to help people with substance use disorders get better and live full lives.
